Marya Frozen Agro Food Products Pvt. Ltd. has recently set up an Abattoir-cum-meat processing plant in Bareilly. It is located 252 kilometers from Delhi that is well connected by road and trains. The integrated meat plant is a state-of-the art most modern facility conforming to international specifications and standards. The strategic locations of our factory enable us to source healthy animals in Bareilly. The soil of Bareilly is fertile and highly cultivated attributing excellent crops output and availability of green vegetation throughout the year. As a result the animals are largely sustained on natural pastures and feeds thereby the supply of healthy animals is consistent throughout the year in that region. Most segments of our plant are fully automated enabling us to meet GMP (good manufacturing practices) protocols which not only helps us effectively maintain the hygiene but the automation on various stages reduce the processing and packing time thus by the products remain fresh while processed. The whole manufacturing process is environment friendly. Our factories are HACCP approved and ISO certified.
The plant is approved by the Indian Government’s Agricultural & Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA) under the administrative control of Ministry of Commerce and Industry. Our Plant Number is 211.
The stringent norms are laid-out for animals’ selection and prior to slaughtering, ante-mortem examination is performed and unfit animals are separated. Subsequently, post-mortem tests are conducted at our in-house laboratory by our veterinarians under the supervision of the U.P. State Government’s Veterinary Officer, Department of Animal Husbandry to ensure superior quality of meat. We are equipped with first rated infrastructure to produce approximately 200 metric tons of meat per day. Our facility is fitted with state-of-the-art chilling equipment, blast freezers, plate freezers and cold stores to maintain the required temperature at various stages. We are firmly committed and determined to supply all fresh halal and safe meat meeting the hygiene and sanitation norms of international standards. The animals are slaughtered strictly as per the Islamic method of Halal.
