Chilling rail inside the Marya Frozen plant
Bareilly plant

The plant

Located where healthy animals are available all year.

Our integrated meat plant sits 252 kilometres from Delhi, well connected by road and rail. The soil of Bareilly is fertile and highly cultivated, giving excellent crop output and green vegetation through the year. Animals are largely sustained on natural pastures and feeds, so the supply of healthy animals stays consistent across seasons — which is exactly what a continuous export programme requires.

Most segments of the plant are fully automated. That keeps us within GMP (good manufacturing practice) protocols, maintains hygiene effectively, and cuts processing and packing time so products stay fresh while being processed. The whole manufacturing process is environment friendly, and our factories are HACCP approved and ISO certified.

In-house laboratory testing

Quality & safety

Stringent norms, before and after slaughter.

Strict norms are laid out for animal selection. Prior to slaughtering, an ante-mortem examination is performed and unfit animals are separated. Post-mortem tests are then conducted at our in-house laboratory by our veterinarians, under the supervision of the U.P. State Government’s Veterinary Officer, Department of Animal Husbandry, to ensure superior meat quality.

We are equipped with first-rated infrastructure, fitted with state-of-the-art chilling equipment, blast freezers, plate freezers and cold stores to hold the required temperature at every stage. We are firmly committed to supplying fresh, halal and safe meat meeting the hygiene and sanitation norms of international standards. Animals are slaughtered strictly as per the Islamic method of Halal.
